  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original stealth packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
